Bodrum Symi Island Trip

Bodrum Symi Island Day Trip

Bodrum Symi Island Day Trip takes you from Turkey and head towards a lovely and warming island. Although Symi Island is a small island, it manages to be one of the most famous Greek islands thanks to the natural and historical beauties it hosts. Symi Island (or Simi Island) can be reached with a 2-hour journey by ferries departing from Bodrum harbour. Simi Island is getting more and more famous every year with its colourful houses, centuries-old maritime tradition and hospitality.

One of the most critical elements that make Symi Island attractive is, of course, its magnificent beaches. Unlike many other Greek islandsSymi beaches are generally very calm and able to preserve their natural beauty. For this reason, Symi is a perfect alternative for those who want to relax the soul and body while meeting the sea and the sun. Useful Information Before Joining the Tour

Before giving information about the Bodrum Symi Island Day Trip, we want to give you some useful tips about the tour.

  • Unlike other tours, Bodrum Simi Island Day Trip is not a tour where you will visit specific places with a guide, you are completely free in the time and activities you will spend on the island. We only provide round trip ferry tickets and hotel transfers.

From Bodrum to Symi Island

After picking you up from the hotel at the specified time with our comfortable vehicles, we drive towards Bodrum Harbor. Passing through passport control at Bodrum Harbor, we board the fast catamaran that will take us to Symi island. After a pleasant 2-hour sea voyage, we set foot on Sym Island, which fascinated us at first sight. With the end of the passport control, we start our daily excursion to Symi Island.

Discovering Symi Island

Since Symi Island is smaller than other Greek islands, it will not take you much time to explore the whole island. Here is some advice for you;

You can swim and sunbathe in the clean sea at Nos, Agia Marina, Marathounda and Agios Nicholas beaches, and taste delicious meals in the taverns in the bays.

You can witness the island's rich history by visiting many historical monuments and places such as Archangel Michael Monastery, Mihaliki Fisherman Statue, The Unknown Soldier Monument, Windmills, Clock Tower, Megali Panagia Church, Michael Roukouniotis Monastery.

As in the other Greek islands, we recommend you to taste delicious Greek food on Symi Island. We want to remind you that Symi Shrimp is famous, especially for those who love seafood.
